Three times technician attempted to repair refrigerator and three times failed. Paltry excuses each time. Would not even respond after notified refrigerator still not fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR NEEDS!I had a refrigerator stop working. The technician they sent out misdiagnosed the problem twice. By the FIFITH VISIT (two visits to diagnosis, two visits to install unnecessary parts), a second technician accompanied the first, a third possible problem was diagnosed…he seemed knowledgeable and ordered the right part, he hoped. I would have given this company a no star but in order to post I have to rate. The tech showed up and tried up selling me every step of the way and then when I told them no I was gonna go with another company because they were way to expensive they went ahead and charged my credit card for 85.00 dollars bad company be aware they will take your money on the way out the door...

I would definitely check around before using them again. We had a heating element go out on our dryer. They came out to service the dryer and he said to replace the element would be 360.00 but he would give us a 35.00 discount. This seemed high but we needed the dryer fixed. I told him to go ahead and fix it because we would be charged a service charge regardless. Called A-1 this morning on my way to work to schedule a washing machine repair. Got a new great-grandson in the house, so can't do without a washing machine. They came out TWICE, once when my grandson didn't wake up for the call and in the afternoon after he woke up! Said that they understood about having a newborn in the house, as they have two of the same, and gave me a great price for the repair. I called A-1 in regard to strange clicking noises that came from the control panel of our electric oven the last time we used it. With Thanksgiving just over a week away, and us expecting family, I did not want the oven to conk out midway through roasting a turkey. The were able to send out a truck that same afternoon and diagnosed the problem.
