EOS Fitness has 3 membership plans based on the amenities offered. Plans are month to month and have an initial enrollment fee, as well as an annual membership fee of $49.

Does EOS Fitness Offer a Free Trial?
To see for yourself and decide if EOS Fitness is right for you before committing to payment, they offer a 7-day free pass. You can register online and receive the pass via email. Once you show up at the gym, they will give you a tour of the facility and you then have 7 days to work out, explore and enjoy the amenities.
EOS Fitness Guest Pass
Unlimited guest passes are offered with the black membership at EOS Fitness and for an additional fee with the basic and blue plans.
However, guests are limited to one at a time per member and must visit the gym when the member does.
EOS Fitness Cancellation Policy
It is always important to be aware of a gym’s cancellation policy upon signing up so that there are no surprises when it comes time to cancel. At EOS Fitness the policy is to give 30 days’ notice prior to the next scheduled payment. This notice must be submitted via certified mail or in-person at the gym location. There are no cancellation fees.
